I write these few lines with a sense of thanks and gratitude to God Almighty who has enabled Calcutta Boys' School to complete one hundred thirty five years of its ministry in the field of education.
One can imagine the involvement of numerous persons who served through this institution with commitment and dedication without which this achievement was not possible. I remember and salute them.
I also would like to congratulate the Principal, teaching and non-teaching staff members who are presently serving the institution. I rejoice with them as they celebrate this 135th Anniversary.
I gratefully thank all those who must have worked overtime for the celebrations, making it possible for all of us to be part of it.
May God use Calcutta Boys' School as an effective instrument in the future also to make and mould the lives of those who will come to study for building the nation and glorifying the Lord.
With every good wish for this esteemed institution's continued progress and success.
(BISHOP PHILLIP S MASIH)
